I don't have a picture of this; we ate it before I remembered to take a picture. It is good and easy. Another fish receipe for Julie who doesn't like to cook fish (here was the first one I suggested). The ingredients in this don't have to be exact; I don't really measure anything - it doesn't matter really.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes
4 salmon fillets (about 1 1/2 inches thick)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard (we use country style - it is a bit more chunky!)
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 Tablespoons honey
1/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (1 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes)
Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper; place, skin side down, in a lightly greased 11- x 17- x 1 1/2-inch or 9 inch square baking dish.
Combine mustard, butter, and honey; brush over salmon.
Combine breadcrumbs, pecans, and parsley; spoon evenly across top of salmon.
Bake uncovered at 450ยบ for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. (I always have to do it for 16-20 minutes depending on how thick my salmon filets are.)
Garnish with lemon sliced if you want (we don't).

but doesn't your house still smell like fish? Occasionally Mr. Majors will grill fish (OUTSIDE) b.c he loves it. Today I told him he could eat all he wanted of tuna. :)
Talapia is really mild. It doesn't smell up the house. This receipe doesn't so much smell like fish - it smells of the honey and pecans - there is a sweet smell lingering.
