On Saturday, the fam went to the lake house. There were so many people there (lots of kiddos) we didn't even go out on the boat!! We "old people" hung around the house and played cards, and chatted. Of course my Uncle Woody won the card game - I think he cheats - don't know how, but he ALWAYS wins. We got home really late that evening.
On Sunday we stayed close to home. We did manage to get out of the house to go to dinner.
On Monday we went swimming for the first time this season. Landon is really a natural!! He was swimming like a fish (well, a fish with floaties on)! I really enjoyed all the time spent with Landon and Shannon - good times!
I actually didn't take many pictures. I purposely left my camera at home when we went swimming so I could just enjoy the time, and not worry about taking pictures - or having pictures taken of me - in a bathing suit!! I did manage a few at the lake house on Saturday of Landon playing in the yard with the "big kids." He intently watched them play football for a while. A bit later he went out there and Hunter threw (tossed) him the ball. They tried to get him to run with it but he wouldn't. I know he knows what to do. He will see football players on TV and yell, "Go, go, go, go, go, go - uhh ohh!" (when they fall). He didn't want to run - he wanted to throw! Future quarterback???

Tate and Landon played on the inner tubes for a very long time - Landon loved jumping off, climbing back on, laughing at Tate, and then doing it all over again, and again, and again.

I did get this one picture of Tanner and Landon. I think it was originally a sweet moment when Landon was laying in Tanner's lap watching TV. The camera was still in the car so I sent Shannon out to get it. In the mean time lunch was ready and I made Tanner and Landon stay there until I could snap a picture - therefore losing the "sweetness" of the moment. I still love that Tanner loves Landon.
