Checking Records
So, Landon got an appointment with an Infectious Disease doctor at Children's Hospital for next Friday. Before that meeting, I am supposed to try and remember Landon's medical history. We will have his pediatrician's records, but there have been several times that Landon has run a fever that we haven't taken him to the doctor. So I was looking back through the blog trying to see how many times I've mentioned in the last year (or more) that Landon has been sick. Thank goodness for this blog!! What wasn't documented on the blog was taken care of by my attendance records for work!! Well, what did I find out? Since October of last year, Landon has had 15 fever episodes - in 11 months. I'm anxious to talk to the doctor on Friday and see what he has to say. We will keep you posted.

I will be thinking of you and I hope you get answers and good news. It is amazing how when 1 thing gets off track everything else is affected.

It is so hard to keep up with medical issues! We were just in Hong Kong and had an appointment with Schäfer's pediatrician. During the appointment, we got so busy talking about one vaccination that we completely forgot to ask him about another issue. I'm sorry you had to chase all the dates down, but I'm thankful you were able to! Praying for you!
