Sucker!

I was suckered in by an e-mail add I got from Old Navy. If you know me (for real) you know I'm not a little thing!! I like shopping at Old Navy because they have (or used to have) Plus sizes in their stores. Well, they stopped carrying the plus sizes at "my" Old Navy. I was bummed. Although I'm not a fashion diva, like Kelly, or Big Mama, I don't like to wear MuMus just because I'm a bit larger than the average Joe (or Jane). Well, I got an e-mail from Old Navy this afternoon - like I do EVERYDAY!! (can we say SPAM!) See....

I really liked these clothes. I really need some new clothes for summer and our anniversary trip to Costa Rica this summer (10 years? Really?). I've lost a little bit of weight with Weight Watchers (and hope to lose a LOT more - really I need to try harder!), and most of the stuff I wore last year is a little bit big on me. I'm trying to get in touch with my feminine side and wear more than shorts and T-shirts this summer. My husband would appreciate it. So, I bought all three of the items on the e-mail spam message, as well as a few others. (I'm a sucker for suggestive selling!) Not the pants and skirt, but the dress and the two tops are on their way to my house. I'm also not REAL sure of no-sleeves, but my DH always comments when I wear something a bit "sexy" and show my arms or something. I don't know when I wore a dress last? Honestly I think it has been YEARS (several). I'm looking forward to seeing if I like this dress.

I will let you know how they turn out!! At least ON has free returns if I don't like it or it doesn't fit. And it is only $5 shipping for the whole thing!

PS - why do they put pictures of size 2 dresses on the WOMEN'S website - I mean really - what does this dress look like in MY size? Is it going to look like a huge black tent?
