Ready for Day 1

I officially start Weight Watchers in the morning. In the past, and in general, being prepared has been my biggest downfall. I will be running late in the morning, so I won't pack a lunch and end up eating a fast food lunch - never really a good choice. Well, I've told myself that I have to take the extra time to get prepared for the week. I think I've done a pretty good job. I went to the store today and got most of what I need to eat for the week. I planed out all my food for the entire week. Shannon will be out of town so I will have left overs each evening that will be my lunch the following day, so that packig will come the night before. Check out how organized I am!
The weekly menu is on the fridge - front and center!

Lunch bag is out with dry goods waiting to be packed as well as water and my lunch drink (tea) ready to go.



I'm having a salad w/ dressing along with my leftovers for lunch each day. Tomorrow I have grilled chicken for my salad since I don't have any left overs yet.

My snacks are pre-packaged for easy grabbing in the morning. My carrots for my morning snack and my pickles for my afternoon snack.



I've also pre-packaged my rice cake bites so that they are already counted out and I don't grab the whole bag. I did the same for my TLC crackers. I repackaged them into individual zip-lock bags.

You are super organized! You should do great!
That has always been my problem - not having the time to prepare so I blow it with fast food.

Your so going to do great on this Shelley. I remember doing baggy foods as well. It so helps!!
