First WW Weigh In

Well, even though I didn't feel like I stuck to plan as well as I could have this week, I still managed a 3 pound weight loss. I'm hoping to do just as well (or better) next week. Since I really only started on Monday I had only 5 days on plan. Plus, last night I went out with some girl friends and had "not the best food choices" that I could have. I didn't go over on points, but didn't eat wisely. Not a good choice the evening before a weigh in.

Anyways, I lost 3 pounds! That's what really matters.

That's awesome babe. The program works girl. If you stick to it..you'll be down 20lbs in 3mths top. I'm praying for you!!
