Landon does so well at T-Ball. He stays focused and doesn't let the "antics" of his teammates get to him, too much. There were a few boys today who were all about crashing into the other players and knocking them down to try and get the ball. At one point Landon got way-laid and fell flat to his back. He was slow getting up, but went back to his position and waited for the next play. He played Short Stop for the first two innings and catcher for the 3rd. He had several balls come his way at SS and even tagged out a runner at home as catcher!
Pardon the North Texas Winds. The wind is blowing steady today at about 30-35 miles an hour with gusts at greater speeds from time to time! There isn't much in the way of wind breaks around a baseball field. Just glad we were on the smaller grass fields today and not the dirt field we were on last week!
This first one was a really good hit. I wish the video wasn't so messed up!!
Better video, not as great of a hit. But still managed to out run the throw!
Some good fielding work, despite his teammates fighting him for the ball. We need to work on his trowing accuracy!! :)
Waiting for the hit so he can bring home a run!!
Landon played catcher for the 3rd Inning.
Landon was awarded the Game Ball today for his concentration and hard work.
Landon with his "Game Ball"!!
