Snow Ice Cream

A first for me.  I'd never heard of ice cream made from snow until just a few weeks ago.  A friend texted me the recipe yesterday, so I thought since we had about 8 inches of snow on the ground I'd give it a shot!!

Snow Ice Cream

1 Gallon of Fresh Clean Snow (avoid yellow snow and dirt and debris)!

1 Cup Sugar

1 Tbs of Vanilla extract

2 Cups of Milk

Mix it all together.  Add the milk slowly as you may need less (or more).

Enjoy!!

Landon enjoyed his first ever snow ice cream while sitting by the fire.

It's been four long days, but we've had a great time spending it together.  We also played a little Dance Jams on the Wii, but I avoided all photographs of the incident!!!  Maybe if Dad and Landon get into it later I'll try to capture the excitement!!
