Spring Break - Staycation

We are taking the kids to Disney World this summer, therefore the rest of our "breaks" are low-key this year.  Sometimes, it's just nice to slow down.

We went to a trampoline park one day and expended some energy!  A much needed outing.
One day we met some "Frisco Friends" in Grapevine and spent the afternoon at Grapevine Mills.  We started with lunch at The Rain Forest Cafe.







After lunch we trotted over to the Sea Life Aquarium.

 

Reagan was not the least bit intimidated about touching the sea anemone!!  

After we were done at Sea Life we still had some time before our entry time at Lego Land.  We headed over to the food court and rode the Carousel.

After a quick stop at the Disney Store for some "must haves" we headed to Lego Land.

This "mini" Dallas/Fort Worth display is pretty awesome.   And of course a photo with R2-D2.

Reagan was so excited to ride this ride.  We waited in line for about 45 minutes I think.  Was it worth it?  It was to her...so, yes!!

After moms and kids had exhausted all we could at the mall, we met the dads for dinner in Southlake.  Kids all had mini-lego kits to keep them entertained as we chatted with our friends long into the evening.
