I'm Back

It's been a long time (about a month) since I've had a totally structured day. Never the less two in a row - until now. I've got to get my head back in the game...

My Friend Lauri has lost 50 pounds in the same amount of time that I've lost 29. She has had ONE unstructured ITEM (not even a meal, or a day, just one item) in that same amount of time. I know it's not a contest. I know I'm not going to lose weight at the same pace she is, but she just proves that her constant success is due to her constant mindfulness.

I'm back!
The red line above is the mile-marker I made it across to receive my Coach Purse!! That was the 200 lb mark. I just had to get below that line. I did. (And have jumped over that line numerus times since.) I haven't done much with it since then. The green mark is the next marker. This is my 30 pound loss mark - I'll get my third charm on my bracelet. If I had "stayed on track" like I was my first two months, I should be another 18 pounds loss right now. I can't get that time back, but I can keep pushing forward.
We are wiping September off the calendar and starting over with October. Wish me luck mindfulness!!!
