New Fridge!

I know - I've been MIA for a while. I have been (and still am) fighting the worst sore throat I've ever had. I have been fighting this for 12 days now. Many evenings after I put Landon to bed I would myself go straight to bed.
So now I will TRY to catch you up.
I did get my new fridge - I LOVE IT! It has TONS of space and several different layout options that allow me to put ANYTHING in the fridge. Actually, I've changed the shelving layout a few times since I took these pictures on the day it was installed. (I know the light is out - I had the door open for so long while I was loading it, that the light turned itself off so it wouldn't overheat. THe light does work.) The fridge now looks more at home with all the pictures, notes, reminders, and of course Landon's fridge phonics set all back in place!

I wasn't real sure how the drawers would work out for the freezer. Well, after a week or so, I love it. I can get to anything in my freezer without having to take out a bunch of stuff. Before I had to remove a bunch of things to get to items in the back of the freezer. Now, everything is right where I can see it. I have all my veggies in the top drawer and things like extra cool whip in the sliding top tray. In the big drawer in the bottom, I have one section for all my meats, one for things in boxes, like fish, pizzas, garlic bread. In the last section I have all breakfast items, biscuts, waffles, etc. I like being able to get out a frozen waffle without having to even take the box out of the freezer. It is nice. I have the lunch box blue ice and popsicles in the top tray on the door.

The ice maker (contral center) has so many buttons and options it's amazing. You can set the temperature of the freezer and fridge from here. It will tell you what the actual temperature is, as well as what you have it set at. You can set the door alarm (which will sound if the door is open for more than two minutes), turn on/off the light, change the ice/water, you name it - it does it.
